Sapa homestay tour's highlights:
Sapa at a glimpse
Located 300km from Hanoi, Lao Cai can be reached by car or train. There is National Highway No.70, 279, 4D linking Lao Cai to Yen Bai, Lai Chau and Ha Giang, China in turn. Lao Cai preserves lots of special cultural, historical sites. Typical sites are Sapa ancient rock field; Sapa, a unique natural tourist site; Bac Ha Market, the biggest fair near the mountainous highlands. Festivals here are very special also.
You start your trip by visiting Y Linh Ho. This is the Mong village with the nicest trekking trail on hills, crossing the river and terraced rice fields. You will then visit Lao Chai village. This name means the “Old village” in local language because it is the local people’s nestle since more than 100 hundred years. It is really nice to have breakfast on the bank of the river. The night is time for you to stay with the Dzay family: dinner with them; talk to them; be offered rice wine and tea… all giving you a memorable party.
The next day will be all reserved for trekking, enjoy landscapes and visit the Dzao people before get back to Sapa.
